⚽The Dale Weekly Round Up⚽
The  performance of the week was our Junior A team 2-0 win  over Dolans Cow in the Munster Junior Cup with regular scorer Jack Clarke scoring both goals.    Our Senior lost out in a penalty shootout in the Munster Cup to Wilton after it finished 2-2 after extra time it was nice to see four of our Under 19s play well in this game.    Our Junior Premier team drew 1-1 away to Douglas Hall on Friday night a last minute goal denying our lads all 3 points.    Our 17s A team won 4-1 over Carrigaline B on Saturday evening . 

Our Girls Under 17s beat Douglas Hall 2-0 in Avondale Park on Sunday and tomorrow our girls Under 14s play Kinsale at 12 noon in Avondale Park 


Most Schoolboy games were off but our Under 14s A team played and won 3-0 away to Springfield. 

We made our donation to Marymount Hospice from the recent Chris Herlihy Memorial  Dale's match. Thanks to everyone who supported the event 👏


Congratulations to St Michael's on winning the Cork  County Premier A Championship Final on Sunday afternoon after so many years of  heartbreak it was great to see this win.👏. 


Finally it was sad to hear of the untimely death of Kieran Dunlea during the week. Kieran was a former Avondale player from years ago and who was well known in Cork soccer circles a really nice kind person our deepest sympathy to his family and friends 🙏
